   I understand that participation in activities such as Mat Pilates and other event offerings involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless (ASMNI), its organizers, instructors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to the event, including injuries, accidents, or damages.
2. Photo and Media Release:
   I consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, marketing campaigns, and other event-related content, without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and at my own discretion.
